Electronic Security Center, responds to CCTV system activations 24 hours a day, has been designed up to 10.000 subscriber and the capacity can be expanded even more. The receivers that we use have the capability to use GPRS, PTSN and TCP/IP communication systems. All the hardware used in the system has back up and therefore work non-stop basis. The software used in this system is A-Traq, which is commonly used worldwide in the alarm monitoring business. Any problems that may occur are immediately treated by our technician team. Headquartered in Ankara office, Technical Services has branch offices in İstanbul and İzmir. Currently, we are providing active services to Şekerbank branch offices, ATMs, premises and subsidiaries.

Our company employs technical service personnel to provide services to all around Turkey continuously. Technical personnel fix the alarm equipment and offer maintenance and repair services. Technical personnel, having the technical sufficiency and related experience, is 7/24 ready to intervene in any problem that might occur in the shortest term possible.
