Cash processing

Desmer provides money processing, sorting and packaging services in 26 cities of Turkey and has the operation network to provide services to the 81 cities via those Money Processing Centers.

Desmer’s Cash Processing operations include:
• Counting and Sorting services Using high-speed sorting technology: Desmer authenticate, count and sort cash with unprecedented speed and accuracy, detecting counterfeit bills and measuring quality for re-issue.
• Bankrolling :Counted and sorted cash are bankrolled in conformity with the ATM and Central Bank standards. We also offer bundling, baling, taking serial numbers of the banknotes and prepare cash for ATM storage
• Vaulting services:Desmer Cash Centers safeguard cash and coin inventories with state-of-the-art vault systems monitored by sophisticated surveillance and dedicated employees trained in security practices.
• Reconciliation services: Desmer takes daily receipt reconciliation and deposit preparation off site. Cashiers simply place receipts into tamper-proof bags and store the bags in the safe. Our armored service picks up the bags and delivers them safely to our cash vault where professional tellers verify bag contents, balance your receipts, and prepare your deposits.
• Deposit processing: Desmer provides one stop, integrated cash and check processing for branch, commercial, night drop contents, and other types of deposits.
• ATM services: Cash replenishment, deposit collection and ATM maintenance services combine with armored transportation for secure, reliable logistics services for any size ATM network. Our ATM teams are professionally trained and equipped to manage large volumes of ATM deliveries. We manage the whole ATM servicing process, including the replenishing, balancing and servicing of ATMs. We also offer First Line Maintenance (FLM) and Second Line Maintenance (SLM) services to our customers.
• Secure Transportation: Our trademark armored transportation ensures safe delivery of deposits and secure distribution of cash and coin orders. .
• Information reporting: Desmer removes the logistics loop with advanced technology management information tools that track deposits, cash and coin inventories, exchange orders, cash usage, secure transportation and more. • Valuables Transfer via Turkish Airlines: We transfer your valuables and cash cargoes via Turkish Airlines from İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Adana, Antalya and Trabzon, which are capable of valuables cargo transfers. We hand over the valuables to the Valuables Cargo Department under the airplane via our armored vehicles and take the cargo from the destination airport from the Valuables Cargo Department.
